To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Refund Process
As soon as we receive your product, we will make sure that we have received the original item from you. We will also ascertain whether it is being used or not. Following that, we will begin the refund process on our end. You must wait at least 14 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. The cost of shipping, however, is not refundable.
Shipping
